As I hope must of you are aware we reset the forums, getting rid of all old user and threads, and posts on the site. This was a downside as we lost ALL content and page rankings on sites such as Google as we lost key links.

We still have a db back up from before the site was reset, I said the reset would be a trail and if it didn’t work we would go back.

You decide! What should happen?

Thanks Bonedaddy

To be honest I didnt think you cared, you dont do much here.
Anyhow..
I did visit on DHG before the resets ect and I would say, you definately lost alot of good content and posts ect, you also lost alot of good members.
If you could draw all the old members back then it wouldnt be such a loss as your content would come back alot faster. If you just continue to get random new members on this forum then you wont see as much of the good loyal content everyone relys on which is what is currently happening right now.

Currently the only real active members are:
Austin
Brad r 1337
BWC Oliver
Edge
Fallen
FrozenFire
Html33
JPistofast
Martin
RanginMagin
And now Me..
That list s just based on what I have seen in the few days I have started being active.
That is not a good sign, I am pretty sure this site is a few weeks old but it has such little members?

Don’t do much? You mean apart from shell out $45 a month out of my own money and receive no money back whatsoever.

Add an option: Fine with whatever. I don't really mind what you do, there was a fair bit of useful/less stuff, but on the other hand a clean start is always good

I like it,

Some people must be saying "UMG BUT YOU HAD 2K POSTS!", I dont really care because I can still say i got it and I still got my staff position.

I say Keep it the way it is. And after Nono and Aidan did all that work, you cant just ruin it.

By not do much I mean on the site/forum.

I also find it funny though that the only thing you took from my post was the comment about you..

Keep it the way it is.
The old forum was too cluttered with useless forums and too much flaming/spamming.
Granted thanks to Brad, KiwiMan, RanginMagin, and a few other members, the spamming has returned. (Aidan, go on an infraction spree)

+
The only database backup Aidan has (That works) is from July 2009, when Martin was still H1N1 and Normal Moderator.
The dates from the latest posts would make DHGaming a graveyard again. The reset was a good thing, no need to go back.

'With arms up stretched into the sky
With eyes like echos in the night
Hiding from the hell that you've been through'

'Slip out the back before they know you were there
And at the worst you'll see nobody cares
Cuz you don't wanna be around when it all goes down
Even heroes know when to be scared'

Two of my favorite lyrics
